We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every product.
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping).
To be eligible:
• Item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
• You must have your order number and proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
1. Email us at info@roseanick.com with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
Damages or wrong item?
Inspect your package right away. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at info@roseanick.com and we’ll make it right (replacement or full refund).
What can’t be returned (hygiene reasons):
Opened or used beauty/skincare products cannot be returned. This is standard for all skincare and makeup brands.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Exchanges:
The fastest way is to return the item for refund, then place a new order for what you want.
